Hotel prices have increased enormously. Usually $25 a night for a decent room.

On average apartments in Ho Chi Minf City are around $400 - $450 US per month (furnished, ADSL,cable TV,Air-con most have maid service and laundry).

 

Usually a landlord asks for 2 months rent up-front (this may include a BOND)

 

Dress Code 

LADIES - Clean and tidy appearance(hair) Smart Casual...NO strappy tops, boob tubes...Mini Skirts...Must wear shoes NOT THONGS.

 

MEN - Tie, business shirt, business pants, good shoes. Clean and tidy appearance( hair-clean shaven or well kept facial hair).

 

Health Care

Vietnam has FANASTIC INTERNATIONAL HOSPITALS.

 

Check what Dentist you choose...some are Internationally certified (also for cosmetic dentistry).

 

Cosmetic Surgeons...as good as, or even better than the west...at half the price.
